I am a Course Tutor and Dissertation Coordinator on the Oxford Online Programme in Sleep Medicine.
My background is in Biological Sciences (BSc), Molecular Biology (MSc) and Cognitive Neuroscience/Psychology (PhD). During both my PhD and my time as a postdoctoral researcher at Cardiff University, I've pursued my research interests at the intersection of sleep and cognition, particularly learning and memory.
I am now completing training as a psychotherapeutic counsellor, as I prepare to transition from basic to clinical research pertaining to sleep and mental health.
