Our research enables a greater understanding of neuroscience and sleep, which impacts across all areas of physical and mental health. Sleep is a topic which affects everyone; we all feel the benefits of a good night’s sleep, or understand what it means to be tired. At the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute, we work closely with specialist partners to connect our research with people (especially those with disrupted sleep patterns), wider society, and policy-makers.
