SleepUK: Exploring the nation’s sleep habits in 2021
The Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford is seeking volunteers to find out just how well the UK is sleeping, with the results presented in a special Horizon episode on BBC2.
Any adult, aged 18+ years old, living in the UK is invited to take part in our study. This anonymous study takes around 15 minutes to complete and can be used on a computer, tablet or mobile phone. At the end of the study you will receive your own Sleep Score and whether you are a Lark or an Owl (your Chronotype). We will also share some handy sleep tips!

The SleepMEM study
Looking to participate in research on sleep, memory, emotion and mood?
The Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford is seeking volunteers to study the function of sleep, in relation to memory, mood and emotion, with the results presented in a special TV documentary.
Any adult, aged 18 years or older, living in the UK is invited to take part in our study, which is carried out online. In the study, you will be asked to complete 2 short tasks assessing memory and emotion in the evening (between 18:00 and 23:30 and within 2 hours prior to bedtime) and the following morning, and to provide information about your sleep. The study takes approximately 20 + 15 minutes to complete.
