Computational Statistics for 'Omics Data Analysis

I am a Research Associate in Computational Statistics for ‘Omics Data Analysis’ at OCDEM (Oxford Centre for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism), part of the University of Oxford.

I work closely with biomedical researchers led by Prof. David Ray in Oxford. My current work is funded by the Wellcome Trust and the Medical Research Council.

I regularly work with Prof. Andrew Loudon and other researchers in Manchester, as well as being part of a computational biology group in Manchester, led by Prof. Magnus Rattray.

I completed my PhD in 2016 under the supervision of Prof. Adam Letchford and Prof. Paul Fearnhead. The topic of my PhD was “Efficient Analysis of Complex Changepoint Models”
